Welcome!
I am the Elementary Principal at Kingsway Christian School. I began my employment at KCS as a kindergarten teacher in 1992. For the first four years, I taught both morning and afternoon kindergarten classes. In 1996 I began teaching morning kindergarten and doing administrative duties in the afternoon. In 2000 I began my current full-time elementary principal position. I love my job, but I do sometimes miss the classroom. Now I consider the entire elementary as my students!
Here is some background information about myself:
* Obtained a BA from Purdue University
* Married to Rodney Bucy
* 3 grown children
* Obtained my MEd from IWU in 2002
* Obtained my Aministrator's License from IWU in 2003
* Love to travel
One of my favorite scriptures is Philippians 4:8 -- Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things
