Greetings! Thank you for checking out my webpage!
My name is Randy Hoover and I'm beginning my eleventh year at Kingsway! In fact, my family moved here specifically because of KCS!
I was born & raised in Mishawaka, IN and attended Christian schooling beginning in third grade. I spent 18 years in the corporate world, the last eight in marketing and management, before I was called into Christian education. This is a MUCH more fulfilling and worthwhile endeavor! I spent the last two years in “Michiana” (the area along the Michigan – Indiana state line) as an interim administrator at the Christian school from which I graduated, before moving to Indy in the fall of 1998.
Sherri, my wife of 26 years is from Virginia and works at Eli Lilly. We have a daughter who graduated from Covenant Christian High School and is now in college, and a son who is a senior at Covenant.
My job at KCS is to fill the “gap need”. This is the amount of money between what it actually costs to run the KCS program and what we charge. This includes fundraisers, private gifts, corporate gifts and grants. I also oversee other areas such as promotional & recruiting.
